Featured Projects

We manage nearly 300 acres, more than 7,000 homesites, and 650 apartment doors with our water and geothermal solutions.

We build Smarter, Cleaner, and Greener Communities.

The Corvalla Stonebriar

The Corvalla Stonebriar is a luxury development of private residences located in the Stonebriar Neighborhood of Frisco. Characterized by resort-inspired living, The Corvalla utilizes both Saterra's geothermal and water solutions.

Water: We provide irrigation for the common areas with a water well that pumps 50 gallons a minute, maximizing the private water source for the lush landscaping in common spaces.

Geothermal: We installed a geothermal loop system for individual residents, with 155 geothermal wells underneath the parking garage so it is silent and invisible. This completely eliminates traditional HVAC noise, maintains the integrity of the roof envelope, and improves aesthetics around a luxury property.

With the location near the Stonebriar Country Club and the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters at the Star, The Corvalla now boasts upscale, environmentally-friendly living.

Tapestry

Nature takes center stage at Tapestry by Total Environment in Frisco. The homes are designed to embrace nature, blurring the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors. This new 56-acre upscale residential community offers roof tops featuring native Texas grasses, solar panels, our geothermal heating and cooling technology, and private water wells.

Water: We provide the water supply for irrigating the HOA common area and pond with a 1150 ft. well. Our solutions enable residents to enjoy an abundance of nature and hundreds of mature trees, trails, parks, creeks and ponds.

Geothermal: We provide a geothermal loop system for individual homeowners and a geothermal amenity center. Homeowners benefit from a high-end, in-ground HVAC system with no exterior equipment, eliminating noise, vandalism, and weather repairs.

With our environmentally-friendly solutions, Tapestry residents experience a high-end lifestyle and a balance between sustainability and livability.

The Grove

The Grove Frisco, a new home community crafted for the modern life, is located at the Four Corners of Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Allen.

Water: Our water systems produce up to 1,300 gallons/minute and irrigate 85 acres of parks and natural open space as much as necessary, not limited to city restrictions. In just a year and half, we've saved more than 50% on the city's water rates.

Geothermal: We provided a geothermal system at The Orchard House, the amenity center. With the HVAC system underground, there's no excess noise and reduces the energy costs by up to 50%.

Embracing nature as one of its five cornerstone visions, The Grove is hailed as a "modern village" filled with tree-lined streets, parks, orchards and blackberry bushes on wandering paths, all sustained by Saterra's water and geothermal solutions.

Hollyhock

Tucked away in North Frisco, Hollyhock was designed by Newland, an award-winning Green Home Builder. With 23 acres devoted to parks, trails, and open spaces, Hollyhock utilizes Saterra's water solutions.

Water: We installed the water wells for the HOA common space irrigation. This allows for greater flexibility and irrigation control for each homeowner and overall cost savings on their water bills.

With the proximity of the PGA of America and the UNT Frisco campus near Hollyhock, our water solutions guarantee beautiful landscaping to seamlessly match these highly-visible, transformational projects within the community.

Smarter. Cleaner. Greener.
